To resize an image in KB on Android or iPhone, open it in ResizePing, set Mode to Target size and type the limit in the Target (KB) field. Pick your size in the list below. The app shows a projected size before you save and tells you when the size can't be reached. The steps are the same for every limit and are below once.

If the size is not reachable
If ResizePing can't reach the target it says "Can't get this under N KB. Try a larger size or lower resolution." Lower the resolution first, then try the target again:
- Switch Mode to Dimensions or Percent and make the photo smaller.
- Run it, then open the smaller result, set Target size, type the KB limit in Target (KB) and tap Run.

What to know
- ResizePing works on photos.
- The projected size is an estimate, so read the real size of the result before you upload.
- If a form has a hard limit, check the saved size before you upload; if it is over, type a slightly lower target.
- Location data is stripped by default. You can process one photo or a batch.
