ReelSavePing is a PingApps Lab product. These terms explain, in plain language, what ReelSavePing does, what you remain responsible for, and the conditions that govern your use of the app.

What ReelSavePing is

ReelSavePing is a mobile utility that saves Instagram reels, photos, and carousels to your device. You share a link from Instagram or paste one into the app, ReelSavePing fetches the public embed page for that link, extracts the media URLs, and downloads the media directly from Instagram's CDN to your phone's storage. ReelSavePing is available for Android on Google Play and for iPhone and iPad on the App Store.

Your responsibility — only save content you have the right to save

You may only use ReelSavePing to save content that you own, that you have permission to save, or that is otherwise lawful for you to download and store. Instagram's Terms of Use and copyright policies apply to all content on their platform. ReelSavePing does not bypass any access controls — it only reads Instagram's public embed page, which is publicly accessible without authentication. If a post is private, deleted, or restricted, ReelSavePing cannot save it and will show an error. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of saved media complies with applicable laws and the rights of content creators.

No affiliation with Instagram or Meta

ReelSavePing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram LLC, or any of their affiliates. Instagram is a trademark of Instagram LLC. ReelSavePing uses Instagram's public embed page, which is a publicly accessible web endpoint, and downloads media from Instagram's public CDN. ReelSavePing has no special relationship with Meta or Instagram and does not use any private or undocumented APIs.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for keeping copies of any originals you care about and for checking that a saved media file meets your needs. Downloading and re-saving media are lossy operations by nature (depending on Instagram's encoding); always review the result before you rely on it. You must comply with all applicable laws, Instagram's Terms of Use, and the rights of content creators. ReelSavePing must not be used to create or facilitate copyright infringement, privacy violations, or any unlawful activity. If you use ReelSavePing in violation of these terms or applicable law, your right to use the app terminates immediately.

Provided as is — no warranties

ReelSavePing is provided as is. PingApps Lab does not guarantee that any particular post is saveable, that a saved file will play on all devices, that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Instagram's embed page or CDN will remain available or unchanged. When a post is private, deleted, or otherwise unavailable, ReelSavePing shows a clear error rather than a fake result. Use ReelSavePing at your own discretion. No warranty of fitness for any particular purpose is made.

Acceptable use

You must only save content you have the right to save, and you must comply with all applicable laws. ReelSavePing must not be used to create or facilitate copyright infringement, privacy violations, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. If you use ReelSavePing in violation of these terms or applicable law, your right to use the app terminates immediately.

Advertising

ReelSavePing is free to use and supported by a single banner ad served by Google AdMob. There is no Pro version, no subscription, and no in-app purchases. On iPhone and iPad, ad requests are non-personalized — the app asks Google for non-personalized ads. On Android, ad requests are also non-personalized — the app asks Google for non-personalized ads. The ad request leaves your device to Google's ad infrastructure; PingApps Lab does not receive or store any ad identifiers or ad-unit IDs.

Changes to these terms

PingApps Lab may update these terms from time to time. When changes are made, this page will be updated. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continued use of ReelSavePing after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
