VideoDownloaderPing is a PingApps Lab product. These terms explain, in plain language, what the app does, what you are responsible for, and the conditions that apply when you use it.

What VideoDownloaderPing is

VideoDownloaderPing is a mobile app that saves videos and images from links you paste or share to it, or from pages you open in its built-in browser, to your device so you can play them offline. It is available for Android on Google Play and for iPhone and iPad on the App Store.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you save. Only save content that you own, that you have permission to save, or that you are otherwise lawfully allowed to download and keep. You must respect the terms of the websites and platforms you download from, and the copyright and other rights of the people who created the content. Get permission before you download. Downloading is your responsibility, not PingApps Lab's.

No circumvention

Do not use VideoDownloaderPing to get around digital rights management (DRM), encryption, passwords, or other technical protection measures. The app does not log in for you and does not bypass access controls.

No affiliation

VideoDownloaderPing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any website, social platform, or content owner whose content you may access through it.

No account

VideoDownloaderPing does not require an account, sign-in, or registration. Your saved files are not sent to us.

Free use, advertising, and paid subscriptions

VideoDownloaderPing is free to use and is supported by banner ads served by Google AdMob. Ads are non-personalized. The app also offers a paid auto-renewing subscription, sold as a monthly or a yearly plan, which removes ads and unlocks additional features. Features and plan details are shown in the app before you buy.

Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that period ends. Payment is charged to your Google Play account or your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, and again at each renewal. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If a subscription lapses, ads return and the paid features lock. Videos already saved to the private folder stay on your device, locked, and are not deleted. Nothing is deleted when a subscription lapses.

Payments are processed by the store you buy through. PingApps Lab does not receive your payment details. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policies.

Acceptable use

You must comply with all applicable laws. Do not use VideoDownloaderPing to infringe copyright, to violate someone's privacy, to harass anyone, or for any other unlawful purpose.

Availability and changes

We may change, update, or remove features at any time. Some websites may change or stop serving content, which can stop a save from working. We may also turn off the handling for a particular website at any time. We may update these terms; when we do, the current version is published on this page.

No warranty

VideoDownloaderPing is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular video can be saved, that a saved file will play on every device, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, PingApps Lab is not liable for losses arising from your use of the app or from content you save.
