How to save a video

  • Paste a link: copy the link, open VideoDownloaderPing, paste it into the box, and start the save.
  • Share to the app: use the share sheet of the app you are in and choose VideoDownloaderPing.
  • Built-in browser: open the page, and when the download badge appears, tap it to save the video.

Common issues

  • A save failed. Check that you are online, then try again. The failed item stays in the list so you can retry it without pasting the link again. If the page no longer holds a video, or it needs a login the app cannot use, the save will not succeed.
  • Downloads stopped in the background. Downloads keep running when the app is closed or the screen is locked. Make sure notifications and background activity are not restricted for VideoDownloaderPing in your phone's settings.
  • Where did my video go? Saved videos are on your phone, in the VideoDownloaderPing album of your library and in the app's downloads list.
  • Cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are managed in your Google Play or App Store account settings, not in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
