Common issues
Nothing is being captured
Open Setup from the Log tab and grant notification access. RecallPing only captures forward from when access is on — not older notifications.
A gap appeared in my timeline
That is intentional. Battery optimisation or OEM background limits may stop the listener. Tap the health card for the repair steps.
Pro purchase or restore
Use Restore purchase on the Pro screen. Purchases are tied to your Google Play account.
