Introduction
RecallPing is an Android notification archive. It stores notification content in a private database on your device. This policy explains what is stored locally, what may be sent over the network, and how you can delete your data.
Notification content (on your device)
When you grant notification access, RecallPing stores titles, bodies, senders, and related metadata needed to search and display your log. This content is not uploaded to PingApps Lab or sold to third parties. Share and export send content only to a destination you choose in that moment.
What uses the network
RecallPing connects to the internet for:
- Displaying banner advertisements (Google AdMob)
- Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)
- Anonymous usage analytics (Firebase Analytics)
These services do not receive notification titles, bodies, or sender names. Diagnostics and analytics are always on and are not toggleable in the app.
Support email
If you email [email protected], we receive your message and address. Please do not include notification content unless needed to explain a bug.
Deletion
You can delete individual captures, clear categories, or uninstall the app to remove local data. Uninstall removes the app's private database from your device.
Children
RecallPing is not directed at children under 13.
