Common issues
“Can't make a GIF from this video”
The file isn't a video your device can read, or the clip you set is outside the video's length. Choose another video, or adjust the start and end handles.
Where do my GIFs go?
Save a GIF to your gallery (Pictures/GifPing on Android, Photos on iPhone and iPad), or share it from the result screen. Finished GIFs also stay in the app's History so you can reopen, share, or delete them later.
Subscription or restore
Use Manage / Restore on the Settings screen. The monthly subscription is billed by Google Play or the App Store, so manage or cancel it in your store account's subscription settings.
