What is PlannedPing?
PlannedPing is an Android app for scheduling WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business messages. You write the message, pick a date and time, and choose one-time or recurring delivery. It is a focused scheduling tool, not a bulk-messaging or chatbot platform.
Is PlannedPing available on iPhone or iOS?
No. PlannedPing is currently Android only.
Does it work with WhatsApp Business?
Yes. PlannedPing supports both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business.
Do I need an account?
No login or account is needed to use PlannedPing.
Scheduling
What can I schedule?
Text messages, with image, video, audio and document attachments. Schedules can be one-time or repeat daily, weekly or monthly, with configurable end conditions.
What is the difference between manual send and auto send?
Manual send notifies you at the scheduled time and helps you compose and send the message. Auto send sends it for you through the Android accessibility service, so it needs the accessibility permission.
Who can I send to?
Contacts from your phone (including a WhatsApp-only view), and recipient lists you save inside the app.
Can I see whether a message went out?
Yes. History lists each run with its outcome (sent, blocked, failed, missed or canceled). Failed or blocked runs show a hint on how to fix them.
Setup and permissions
Why does PlannedPing need accessibility access?
Auto send uses the Android accessibility service to operate WhatsApp for you. The Setup Center in the app shows what is needed (accessibility, notifications, battery optimization, device lock status) and walks you through it.
Why do some phones need extra battery settings?
Some manufacturers stop background apps aggressively. PlannedPing's Setup Center gives device-specific battery and autostart guidance for Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, OPPO, Vivo and OnePlus phones.
Does it work with a second WhatsApp (dual apps or work profile)?
PlannedPing detects cloned or dual WhatsApp installs and can launch the right one, including work profiles and manufacturer clones.
Your data
Where are my schedules stored?
Your schedules, recipients and history are stored on your device. For how the app handles analytics, crash reports and ads, read the Privacy Policy.
Can I back up and restore my data?
Yes. Backup exports your app data to a file, and restore imports it, for example when you switch phones. Backup is part of Premium.
Does PlannedPing sync across devices?
No. There is no cross-device sync. Use backup and restore to move your data to another phone.
