Agreement
By installing or using EraserPing ("the App") or visiting this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The service
EraserPing removes the background from a photo you already have on your device. Processing happens on your device and does not upload your photo or the cutout to PingApps Lab. EraserPing is built for Android and for iPhone and iPad; its store listings are not public yet, and availability will be announced on this site. The Android and iOS versions are separate purchases.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the cutouts you create and for complying with applicable laws. Only edit photos you own or are authorised to use, and only share images you have the right to share.
Purchases
EraserPing is free to download with a single banner ad. The one optional purchase is a monthly subscription that removes the banner ad. It is billed by Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone and iPad, renews automatically, and is cancelled or changed in your store account's subscription settings — not in the app. Refunds follow the store's policies. The subscription does not unlock or gate any background-removal feature.
Advertising
Free users see a single banner ad served by Google's Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK. There are no interstitial, rewarded, native, or app-open ads. Subscribers do not see ads.
No account
EraserPing requires no account, sign-in, or registration. Your history and settings are stored on your device and are not linked to your identity.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cutout quality depends on the photo and the device; a photo that cannot be read or processed is reported to you rather than silently skipped. PingApps Lab is not affiliated with Google or Apple, and Google Play and the App Store are operated by their respective companies.
